You can buy all Mario Tessari's works, with exception to those that already belong to private collections, at the e-commerce multistore offre.it. Or directly at the gallery from the "full screen view" page of any image. How do you get to the full screen view page of images? As you click on the thumbnail a preview appears. Click on the preview to view the image in full screen. Next to the "back" button you will find a direct link to the offre.it multistore page where you can make the purchase. Preamble Offre.it is the online selling service of Mario Tessari's works. On this site you may see all the works that are for sale. All the works of the artist may be viewed at mariotessari.it on the gallery section. All the works shown on the multistore are in possession of the artist and they are stored in his studio. The artist himself will provide for the packaging and shipping of all his works. All the paintings will be shipped framed (in stretchers) unless otherwise requested by the buyer. Acceptance of the general conditions of sale 1. The contract between Mario Tessari and the client is considered valid once Mario Tessari has accepted the order. This acceptance is tacit unless otherwise communicated to the client. By making an order, the client declares to have read all the indications provided to him during the purchase procedure. The client also fully accepts the general and payment conditionds hereby presented. 2. Once the online purchase procedure has been concluded, the client will print or save an electronic copy of the these general conditions of sale, as in art.3 and art. 4 of the Dlgs 185/1999 on distance sale services. 3. The client is not entitled to any rights of idemnification or compensation for any direct or indirect damages as a consequence to any order dennial. Modalities of payment: *Anticipated Bank Transfer In case of ABT, Mario Tessari will hold the ordered material for a period no longer than 15 days from the date of purchase. If the payment arrives after the resolution of the contract, Mario Tessari reseves the right to reimburse to the client the sum already paid less his expences for the financial transactons. It is responsability of the client to provide all the bank coordinates needed for the reimbursment. Credit card payment is the most confortable and convenient method of payment. The transaction happens online by means of Interbank Services. We accept all credit cards of Visa and Master Card circuits.The client's data are cryptographed through SSL system (Secure Socket Layer) and thus transmited safely to the Interbank Services. This guaranties the security of the data transmition acoording to bank procedures. Shipping: Issues related to shipping such as the type of object, dimension, weight and destination prompt us to explain the procedure separately for each category of objects. One thing may be said about all categories of objects: the shipment of more objects each time, reduces almost always the cost of shipping per single object. An insurance policy is paid always, in order to safeguard the client from eventual losses or damages. At the moment we have set up a system of shipping in all EU Countries (new members excluded). All requests from other countries will be determined as they come. The paintings are divided in works on paper,canvass and board. All works will be packed in chip-board boxes and filled with a soft material (a type of polystyrene/foam). For further protection, a sheet of paper will be wrapped around the painting.   1. The works in paper will be inserted in a cardboard folder. The folder will be fixed on two foam pannels and therefore inserted in the chip-board box.   2. The works on canvass (fixed on stretcher) will be covered on the painted surface by a sheet of paper, will be wrapped in soft materials and shipped in wooden box.   3. The works on board  will be covered on the painted surface by a sheet of paper, will be wrapped by soft materials and shipped in wooden box. Some paintings may have a decorative frame. Recess The right to recess is guarantied under the Decreto Legislativo 185/1999 art. 5. This right must be excercised within 10 (ten) working days from the reception of the products. In order to return the products, you must send a registered letter at the following address: Mario Tessari presso GERITEC SRL via Cavalleggeri di Lodi 19 34170 Gorizia When the right to recess is exercised, the buyer has the following obligations:   1. Return the artworks undamaged and intact in the same packaging or in the same type of packaging, with the same frame if the work were framed. No repairs or interventions must be made on the works;   2. Return the product, as above specified, within 10 days;   3. Pay all the expenses related to the return procedure such as shipping, custom clearance etc. If the right of recess were exercised, Mario Tessari commits to return the paid sum within 30 days from the moment he is notified of it. Privacy With reference to the personal information submitted in order to conclude the online transaction or during the registration at offre.it or mariotessari.it be informed that:    * All personal information submitted is protected under the Decreto Legislativo n° 196 of 30/06/2003 denominated: "Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali" (Personal Information Protection Code);    * the collection or processing of the personal information obtained is only done in order to conclude the transaction, to send our newsletters or information about related initiatives, events and promotions by this company.    * It is obligatory, therefore, to submit your information. In absence of this information it will be impossible to proceed with the transaction, receive our newsletters or information about related initiatives, events and promotions by this company.    * Optional personal information aims only at the improvement of the quality of service.    * All data is processed on paper support, computer and/or other data transmition means. Data processing modalities are such as to guaranty the security and privacy conforming to the law.
